This shoot, as with most of my work, was filled with lots of leather, boots, and cowboy hats. In subject D’Mahdnes’ quest of becoming the hottest cowboy in the world, we explored sexuality through westernwear and cowboy culture. Inspired by 70’s advertisements, leather daddies, and cowboys, we dim the lights to create an intimate space, much like that of your old cruising bar. – Steven
