About the project:
“Craig and I shot a few simple portraits in person last year. I saw him post some images of himself while in isolation, so I messaged about shooting together again – him in England and me in California. We joked about him seeking direction. The tension created by the limitation of shooting through the screen, with my voice directing, led to a stimulating form of play that I think neither of us expected.” – Sam
