#visiblelove – CONTAINER LOVE

Here to celebrate pride month, but the credit goes to Container Love who had the opportunity to celebrate Pride Month in Berlin’s H&M Mitte Garten. Pride Month is the one month of the year that symbolizes hope for an open, diverse world without hate and discrimination for many in the LGBTQ+ community. If you ask me, every month and every day is a day for pride.

From June 18 to July 10, 2021, the pop-up exhibition will showcase international photographers in unseen ways. Instead of a classic gallery exhibition, the locations are surprising and invite visitors to engage with the art, the artists and the theme #VisibleLove.

Florian Hetz (here on Pineapple), Shane Reynolds, AdeY, Kostis Fokas, Leo Maki (here on Pineapple), Agustin Hernandez and Laurence Philomène are the artists who will be on view in the coming weeks. Artists whose art represents exactly what is celebrated during Pride Month: Pride and visibility of the queer community.

The artworks will change throughout the exhibition. In addition, small actions are planned and some of the artists will also be there in person.
Some say it takes generations to change people’s behavior. We believe that we are already in the midst of change, in the evolution of our society, but that it still needs a nudge in the right direction here and there – and the right partners. Container Love’s motto: Visibility for everyone. Anytime and anywhere.

The exhibition is accessible during regular opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 12:00 – 19:00).
