about BEDTIME STORIES
Created in 2020 by indie porn director Noel Alejandro, Bedtime Stories is an anthology of short stories focused on studying and revealing the beauty of intimacy. Each episode is a voyage through the thought-provoking dialogues, beautiful performances, and stunning and sophisticated cinematography that is the cornerstone of Noel’s films – delivering tales of raw and unfiltered love, desire, loss, fantasy and the human condition.
With Bedtime Stories, Noel hopes to depict the different contexts in which passionate encounters can take place and the diverse range of emotions and states of mind the characters experience. While some Bedtime Stories are funny and playful, others are reflective and sad. Some stories tell about the pursuit of sexual pleasure and the demystification of gay couples; others dwell on individual journeys throughs personal fantasies and desires. It’s an exciting project with a thoughtful exploration of the connections and dynamics between men.
The project is not only a way of expanding Noel Alejandro’s body of work and ramp the delivery of new content on a monthly schedule, but also to launch a call to action to partner with other writers, directors and actors from around the world to help tell diverse stories of love and desire.
