About Michał Dobrucki
“I’m a visual artist from Poland, now living in Berlin and working mostly in conceptual and contemporary art. Three years ago I started an ongoing photographic project in which I document my intimate encounters with the guys I date. My main idea is to avoid posing and not to produce sexual content in a photographer-model setup. I look for spontaneous imagery and honest representations of situations and the people I’ve hooked up with. For this project I use 35mm compact cameras.”
