Artist statement by Paliate

There is so much more to a person than what we are capable of seeing in them. They are the colours that flash through their eyes on the walk home, the way they make love to those closest to them, the thoughts that circulate their mind and most importantly, what they choose to create in the comedown when it’s all over.

“The Possessive Kind of Feeling That Occupies Our Evenings”

Follows two men who reach a point in their nights where carnal desire takes the forefront, leaving reason behind. They fall into each other softly with little regard for the aftermath of their actions.
