“I made them keep the mask ons even in the moment before kissing, because in Luchador Wresting culture being seen without your mask takes away your credibility. I did the styling and my reference was the icon Mexican Wrestler/Actor, Santo. I remember watching his films and he’d be wearing suits and his mask. I wanted the clothes to reference the world each guy came from. Cruz, more traditional with the chaps and denim. While Ceaser’s character is more streetstyle and business. Each time I make an idea come to life, it feels like inhaling then exhaling it, and I’m so happy my tiny Olympus film camera was able to capture it. ” – Francisco Serrano
