Instinct.Berlin presents a bi-annual art exhibition & a residency program. Instinct.Berlin links artists internationally and brings together young as well as more experienced artists.
In questioning our assumptions concerning identities, the artists in beautiful we challenge our capacities to affect and to be affected. They produce sensual experiences as they crave the beauty of intimacy, the exhilarating weirdness of ephemeral encounters, or the sustenance of collective endeavors.
In doing so, they engage with elements of the identity politics of the ’90s and reflect upon processes of inclusion and exclusion.
Curated by Eric LeRouge, Instinct.Berlin#7 features 10 artists from a variety of disciplines, including photography, drawing, painting, performance and film:
Abel Burger, Kiernan Cobarrubia, Søren Drastrup, Wilfried Laule, Rory Midhani, Nicky Miller, Raphael Panayi,
