“With emphasis on the male I proceeded to incorporate elements of capitalism and the homoerotic. In a world that is obsessed with consumption, sex and Warhol’s prediction of universal 15 minute fame becoming reality (social media) I have further tried to reinforce the element of elitism. As with QUEENDOM I attempted to produce an environment for each male entity although much more 2D rather than 3D. The depiction of actual space became less important as the actual imagery for what it is became paramount. As of now I have 6 finalized pieces with at least four more planned before end of year.” -Eric Perez
