“Shapes of Gabriel” – a self portrait series by Gabriel Feliu.
“For this series I decided to photograph myself, but when taking these pictures I knew I wanted to be experimental with my look and the compositions of the pictures. So I decide to explore around with some makeup, accessories and different hairstyles. A couple of braids, red and yellow eyeshadows was all it took to make this new shape of Gabriel come to life. Overall this project has been metamorphosis stage for myself, as I have been getting to know the outlines and shapes that give form to who I am. Because of that I decide to call this segment of the series “Evoluciones” which means evolutions. This is a small segment of a on going series in which I’ll be exploring the shapes that compose Gabriel.” – Gabriel
